You represent that you are using SkipOwls for lawful business purposes, that you have authority to enter into this agreement, and that your use will comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, privacy, and data protection regulations.

You are solely responsible for your outreach practices and compliance with TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws, and all applicable regulations.

You must not use SkipOwls data for harassment, fraud, unlawful solicitation, identity theft, or any prohibited purpose described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must maintain accurate account information and safeguard login credentials.

Pricing, volume tiers, and delivery timelines are described on skipowls.com, app.skipowls.com, or your order confirmation.

You agree to pay all fees for SkipTrace credits and skip tracing orders. All sales are final: no refunds or cancellations once credits are purchased or an order is queued. See our No Refund Policy at /refund-policy/.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order size, targeting complexity, and data availability.

Property and contact records may change over time. SkipOwls does not guarantee that all records are current, complete, or reachable. You are responsible for validating data for your intended business use.

SkipOwls retains all rights in its website, platform, branding, and proprietary processes. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered data for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or created risk to SkipOwls, our providers, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipOwls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or compliance penalties arising from your use of the services.
