Internal business analysis, list building, and CRM enrichment for authorized users.

Harassment, threats, stalking, or abusive communications.

Unlawful telemarketing, spam, or outreach that violates TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws.

Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or misrepresentation.

Attempts to obtain or use regulated sensitive data not offered by SkipOwls.

Reselling, scraping, or redistributing data in violation of your agreement or source restrictions.

Any use that creates legal, security, or reputational risk to SkipOwls or third parties.

Customers must maintain their own compliance programs, consent records, suppression lists, and lawful basis for outreach. SkipOwls does not provide legal advice.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access without notice where necessary to protect users, data providers, and the public.
