No Refund Policy

SkipOwls does not provide refunds. All sales are final once credits are purchased or an order is submitted.

All Sales Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. SkipOwls does not offer refunds, returns, or payment reversals for SkipTrace credits, prepaid wallet balances, or skip tracing orders — whether queued, in progress, or completed. When you buy credits or submit a list, you authorize the charge and accept that digital fulfilment begins when credits are reserved.

Free Trials

Free trial credits, when offered, are granted manually at SkipOwls' discretion and have no cash value. Trial credits cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge or clear processing error), contact info@skipowls.com within 14 days with your receipt and account email. We may correct verified billing mistakes — this is not a general refund program.

Non-Delivery or Material Service Failure

If SkipOwls materially fails to deliver an order you paid for, contact us promptly. At our sole discretion we may re-deliver work or apply account credits for the undelivered portion. We do not issue cash refunds.

Data Quality Concerns

Data accuracy may vary by source, geography, and record type. Report quality concerns promptly with examples. SkipOwls may, at its discretion, re-run or supplement deliverables — not refund purchased credits or payments.

Chargebacks

Contact info@skipowls.com before disputing a charge with your bank. Because all sales are final, improper chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
