This Data Usage Policy explains how customers may use property owner and contact enrichment delivered by SkipOwls. It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

SkipOwls data is provided for legitimate business purposes only. Consumer surveillance, personal stalking, or non-business misuse is prohibited.

SkipOwls focuses on business-use property owner enrichment such as ownership-related contact fields, property context, and outreach-ready formatting. SkipOwls does not provide sensitive personal information, financial data, medical data, government ID numbers, or regulated protected data.

Data may be compiled from public records, licensed third-party providers, and proprietary enrichment processes. Availability, fields, and match rates may vary by geography and record type.

Contact and property records can change over time. Customers should validate records before relying on them for outreach, compliance, or business decisions.

Use delivered data only for your internal business operations unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Do not publish, resell, or redistribute data in ways that violate your agreement or applicable law.

Apply appropriate security controls to stored data and limit access to authorized personnel.

Customers should honor valid opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists. Individuals may also submit removal requests directly to SkipOwls through our Remove My Information page.
